工作职责

1．独立完成招聘计划、招聘相关政策规范及工作分析等相关工作；

2．负责招聘职位猎挖、简历筛选、组织面试安排与预约等工作；

3．独立组织核心岗位的人员简历猎挖、初试、人员维护跟进等；

4．管理维护人才储备库；

5．协助销售部门完成日常新人培训，团队文化打造，团建等工作。

任职资格

1．统招大专以上学历，人力资源、心理学、管理类相关专业；

2．1-2年以上独立招聘工作经验，有招电销经验优先考虑；

3．熟悉各种招聘渠道、招聘流程，有熟练的面试技巧；

4．良好的沟通与判断能力，目标感强，积极热情，责任心强。
