岗位描述:
1、根据公司业务发展战略，制定阶段性招聘计划，完成人才招聘指标;
2、拓展并完善各种渠道，深入挖掘，突破重难点岗位招聘;
3、深入了解业务，分析行业人才结构，绘制行业人才地图，并制定有效的招聘解决方案;
4、建立并维护人才库，整理、统计、分析招聘相关数据并定期汇报。

职位要求
1、大专或以上学历，5年以上招聘经验，团队管理规模10+。
2、熟练使用多种招聘渠道，善于整合资源，深入挖掘渠道;
3、熟练掌握面试甄选技能方法;
4、自我驱动力强，有较好的业务理解能力和沟通能力，抗压能力强。
