岗位职责：
1.Develops and maintains QA systems/quality control procedures & inspection control plans for proper control of new packaging.
2.Co-ordinates & supervises packing quality evaluation, provides QC Engineering tests to support proper ECO change of material / process. Co-ordinates trial run and evaluation to study process capability.
3.Develop and implement packing quality standards, monitor on quality trends and take appropriate action to drive better packaging quality through design, materials, assembly optimization.
4.Participates in design and development process, conducts design review and D/PFMEA for new packing/new packing process/machine, develop appropriate test protocol and control plan for qualification and validation.
5.Take lead to carries out quality improvement programs and analyses quality problem as they arise and reports inspection findings with recommendation. Requests services from other departments and vendors in an effort to improve product quality.
6.Co-ordinates quality and reliability tests to ensure quality conformance to global quality standard.
7.Participate in the qualification and selection of packaging suppliers and vendors.
8.Carries out assigned COQ and quality improvement program and assists in concerned cost improvement projects.
9.Review the automation machine design and process, ensure the equipment to meet quality and safety requirement. Lead qualification and validation of new package machine.
10.With risk assessment methodology, take control for new packing material safety on hazardous substance to ensure material is compliance to related regulations and directives.

任职要求：
1. B.A. Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. 2 years or above experience in Quality Control function/ Product Engineering/Production Engineering
3. Good command of English.
