Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented and organized Studio Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our studio. As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing the studio's administrative and operational aspects, ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget, and providing exceptional support to our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of project management principles.
Role responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all members of the studio team, acting as the primary point-of contact for cross functional partners in new product development, procurement, and creative services.
- Oversee, produce, and execute all white background photography and video shoots
- Ensure the team is tracking well to meet or beat stated OKRs
- Create and oversee the process and workflow from creative brief submission to delivery of image and content assets
- Manage all the studio equipment, ensure it is in good working order
- Manage the studio's financial aspects, including budget planning, tracking, and expense management
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in the studio
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in studio and project management
- Strong leadership, team management and supervisory skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, arts management, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in generative AI tools
- Ecommerce background
- Proficiency in studio software and tools (e.g., CaptureOne, DAMs, Microsoft OneDrive, PhotoShop, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Physically able to lift over 25lbs and stand for long periods of time
