作为一名花艺师，职责包括但不仅限于：
1. 作为花店工作人员，根据时节和市场反应，进行花单制作、花材搭配，并进行花卉的采购；
2. 日常照看花店，吸引客户，制定花卉的销售方案并实施；
3. 花店日常事务的打理统筹工作，提出经营管理建议；
4. 管理花店销售数据、记录、盘点、账目清核，制作并报告各类统计报表，做好预算和成本控制，对报表内容负责；
5. 准备和协助相关证照资料及办理；
6. 协助举行活动期间所需的花卉布置、设计等相关工作；
7. 上级安排的其他相关任务。
职位要求
1. 三年或以上花店店长相关管理经验，或五年以上花卉布置和设计相关经验；
2. 具有设计和创新能力，能独自设计简单的商业花礼(会议、活动等)；
3. 具有团队意识，热爱花卉布置的工作，刻苦耐劳；
4. 英语优秀者可豁免经验条件。
