RESPONSIBILITES(职责):
1.Recruit and maintain a high-caliber staff appropriates to business circumstances.

2.Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback in formal and informal media.

3.Prepare periodic performance reviews for all staffs. Recommend salary increases and changes in job status as appropriate.

6.Be a key player in the sizing process. Sign TWS up for the most aggressive, yet achievable, schedules possible.
成为优化工序的关键参与者,且是最具进取心,有成效和有计划的公司雇员。
7.Work with the production supervisors and direct employees on a daily basis to improve quality levels (goal: Zero Defect products). Drive to conclusion all action items to the Manufacturing Department.
每日协同生产主管或一线员工改善和提高品质(0缺陷的产品),且积极推动所有行动项目的结论给到生产部。
8.Work with the supervisors, develop and maintain work schedules that support 100% on-time delivery .
协同生产主管开展日常工作计划,100%准时完成正常生产出货需求。
9.Coach the production supervisors in providing accurate work-in -process and daily reporting.
指导生产线主管提供精确的在线作业WIP和班次报告。
10.Create a sense of ownership among the supervisors and manufacturing personnel for materials management. Help minimize excess material issues and floor shortages due to careless handling on the floor.
要求生产主管及生产部员工对物料的管理拥有主人翁意识,使得因产线粗心操作而导致产线多料和投料问题降到最低。
11.Work with the manufacturing team to minimize changeover time at all operations.
协同生产团队一起使得生产线转拉时间降到最低。
12.Monitor internal manufacturing lead times and efficiencies at all operations, provide feedback and work with those areas not performing to standard.

13.Provide meaningful training, guidance and nurturing to the supervisory staff.
