Major Work:

? Perform issue investigation to resolve reported hardware/software or system anomalies relative to diagnostic implementation.
? Communicate with local systems team, software team, hardware team and plant to understand the design and product status, to analyse and develop the diagnostic strategy.
? Communicate with ZF core engineering centres to facilitate detailed system design and specification creation.
? Group the diagnostic type and analyse the fault tree library.
? Establish issue traceability and diagnostic case library.
? Resolve system failure issues during product development, validation phase and manufacturing.
? Participate in system development, create test specification.
? Participate in diagnostic report for issue part.
? Develop script, special tools to realize diagnostic automatically.
? Support plant quality work and build close cooperation mechanism.

Key Competencies:

? 1+ year's professional experience. Bachelor degree in automotive engineering, electrical Engineering, control engineering or other related areas.
? Analytical skills relevant to automotive mechatronic system failsafe diagnostic algorithm design.
? Experience in automotive electronic control system failsafe diagnostic development.
? Solid knowledge on C language in automotive embedded environment.
? Familiar with MCU. Understanding of analogue & digital electronic hardware.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
? Knowledge of control theory, motor control is a plus.
? Experience in Motor Drive development or Switching Power development is a plus.
? Understand Vector Control is a plus.
? Experience in vehicle chassis control system development is a plus.
