岗位职责:

1） Use given software and tools, develop the product according to company requirement, including following related standard (internal standard and external industry standard and so on), control the design and manufacturing cost, make sure the development process is in accordance with pre-set project schedule, assemble functional samples and prototypes, conduct test, calculations, simulations and compile related technical documents, analyse hazard and error, prepare BOM, technical drawings, instruction manuals and implement technical changes;

2）Research work, for instance research of new material, new technology, supplier, competitor device and so on, and make detailed evaluation report;

3）Management and maintenance of RD equipment, tools, documents;

4）Close co-operation with, and support to related departments such as IE, manufacturing, service, QA, supply chain and application;

5）Willing to participate at further training, visiting of fairs and etc.;

6）Other works department head arranged.

工作职责：

1）使用给定的软件和工具, 并按照公司的要求进行产品设计与开发工作,包括遵循相关的设计标准(包括公司内部标准及外部相关的行业标准等),控制产品的设计与制造成本,保证项目的计划进度,组装产品的功能样机及小批量产样机, 做好相关的测试,计算,模拟并以技术文档的形式记录下来,安排危险与失效分析,准备产品的物料清单,技术图纸,说明指引等文件,安排工程变更等等;

2）研究性工作,例如对新材料、新技术, 供应商，竞品等进行调研, 做出详细的评估报告;

3）研发设备, 工具, 资料的管理和维护；

4）与其它相关部门（如，工业工程、制造部、服务部、品质部、供应链部及应用部）密切合作并提供协助；

5） 有意愿参加进一步的培训、愿意参加展会等活动；

6） 部门领导安排的其它工作。

 

任职资格:

Qualifications

1）Bachelor degree in mechanics;

2）Good command of English, both verbal and written;

3）Familiar with at least one type of 3D and 2D mechanical design software, preferable inventor; 

4）Proficient in common mechanical tools and familiar with related testing equipment; 

5）Over three years working experience in product structure design and development, experience of home appliance products, medical devices, laboratory products are preferable;

6）Familiar with national safety standard of product de-sign (GB), familiar with related international standards is a plus;

7）Willing to work independently as well as to cooperate with peers;

8）Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, experience of international communication is a plus;

9）Self driven and result oriented；

10）Cost consciousness;

11）Patient and willing to keep learning and develop pro-fessionally in daily work.

8）具备良好的人际关系，掌握一定的沟通技巧与组织领导技能，有国际工作沟通经验尤佳；

9） 自我驱动及结果导向能力；

10） 具备一定的成本控制意识；

11） 有耐心，愿意在日常工作中不断学习与提升职业化发展。
