As part of the advisory team, the key objective of the inbound & outbound assistant is to work on two aspects:
30% of his/her time will be dedicated to support our inbound projects.
70% of his/her time will be dedicated to support our outbound team.
Key responsibilities / Role:
Inbound projects (30%):
? Manage inbound projects by achieving the objectives set at the beginning within the agreed timeline.
? Carry on prospection mission and cold calling by establishing contact lists and sales pitch.
? Search partners on behalf of our clients: clients, importers/distributors, JV partners, experts, etc.
? Translate key documents from English to Chinese or Chinese to English.
? Report directly to the Head of Advisory on the projects status, and results.
? Assist our clients during their business trips in meeting potential prospects and partners.
? Attend tradeshows and other business events to promote Altios and/or to collect information and contacts.
? Coordinate communication and actions between our clients and their partners to achieve business objectives.
Outbound Team (70%):
? To assist the outbound team with the preparation and writing of business proposals in English and Chinese.
? To assist with the preparation of case studies in Chinese to promote Altios activities in China.
? To collect and report information on targeted countries (market conditions, regulation environment, etc.) to prepare meetings of our Sales with prospects.
? To assist Business Developers with other “quick” actions to react promptly to customers’ requirements.
Profile / Experience and personal qualities
Bachelor or Master degree. Studying abroad is a Plus.
At least 2 years working experience.
Computer skills: MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Other softwares can be a plus.
Business acumen
Strong logic sense
Fluent in English.
Proficient in German or other languages.
Native in Chinese
