Furniture Quality Coordinator
Location: Based in China (此岗位可以居家办公)

In this role, we are looking individuals with extensive background in furniture industry and quality management experience with consumer hard-lines product quality requirements & regulations, to support our rapidly growing and evolving business.
The ideal candidate will have quality coordination experience, a strong sense of urgency while maintaining keen attention to detail as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This role allows for great independence, and we need someone who can work under little to no supervision.


Responsibilities:
Daily review and Investigation on the customer complaints, claims and product issues.
Manage customer claims and minimize resolution time by increasing communication between account managers, operations, production, and the customer.
Have a tight cooperation with suppliers, office managers and QC inspectors to ensure a smooth flow of information throughout the whole organization with aim to secure goals are well synchronized;
Co-ordinate with suppliers and merchandisers for all sample arrangements
Monitor and plan pre-shipment inspection scheduling;
Prepare inspection material for inspector and check all incoming inspection reports and update the related computer record
Plan the QC-inspection and travel schedules in accordance to company guidelines; to be time and cost efficient;
Prepare and check document for shipment release
Liaise with vendor/factory to collect the latest 3rd party material social compliance certificates/reports
Follow up with vendor/factory about their inspection failure and to collect the corrective action plan (CAP)
Data entry processing, data/file management ;
Follow up and coordinate Accord and all related matters with suppliers, Opco’s and within the organization
Keep track on any change in local law related to CR matters
Any other ad-hoc project assigned by management
Qualifications:
University Degree in Business Administration, Information Management or similar
Minimum 3 years solid work experience from test and inspection coordination in a QA department, previous work as QC inspector is advantageous
Excellent data entry and data analysis with MS Excel, knowledge of formula, filtering, sorting & pivot table are must
Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines, have good time management skill Service oriented
Able to work independently as well as in group
Ability to work well with minimal supervision on multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, disciplined and organized. Willing to learn and teach / share
Prior eCommerce experience, required.
Good manner of verbal & written communication in both Chinese & English
