• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in MNC environment and manufacturing plant with hands-on experience in HR functions

• Good communication and interpersonal capabilities, flexible, able to work with all levels and cross functions of employees, including management level and get things done

• Demonstrated strong MS office skills, knowledge of labor laws

• Fluent English skill both on writing and speaking

• Detail-oriented, self-motivation, able to work independently, a team player

• Good sense of timing, able to finish the task accurately and before deadline

• Willing to learn and can work under pressure

• Possesses good work ethics and manner

   

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

• Daily operations: recruitment, training, OT analysis, employee onboard and termination process, attendance

• Ensure employees and managers to conduct goal setting, performance review on time, collect the information from different departments and assist to plan merit increment plan, bonus plan

• Maintain HR system and local employees’ personal records, files

• Assistant China payroll team to resolve or answer payroll issues/queries

• Closely work with China HR team or functions leaders on regional or global various projects, such as engagement survey, benefit program, Win award, cultural building activities

• Local policy review and update according to laws, regulations and internal requirements

• Partner with managers/leaders to handle local employee relations, workplace issues, complaints/grievances

• Assist and conduct global mandatory training and keep the records including FCPA, Code of Business Ethics, etc.

• Work with EHS, Admin to keep a good, health, safe work environment

• Make and provide the data and reports in time as required

• Provide HR related support to HR leaders, business leaders and align with company policy and strategy

• Assist to various audits, such as CSR, SBD internal audit
