职位描述
Job responsibilities:
- Achieve the agreed sales target
- Find and develop new customers in defined industries
- Contact and visit existing and new customers regularly to ensure continuation of existing business as well as identify potential opportunities for new business
- Contract negotiation and conclusion with customer
- Manage customer payment and account receivable
- Prepare the sales forecast by working with customers
- Build-up and maintain good relationship with customers
- Recording of customer & market related information in CRM system
- Develop, implement and drive strategy for sales growth in line with company strategy
- Report on area sales development to supervisor
- Customer care (e.g. first contact for complaints and other issues)
- Assess the customer creditworthiness in line with credit control guidance
Education/Experience:
- Technical or Commercial education background.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in advanced materials.
- Preferably with existing customer network within dedicated sales area.
- Deep technical knowledge and understanding of all polymer types and their application.
Personal skills:
- Efficient time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to implement the corporate strategy and interests while raising the customer satisfaction
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Self-confident
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Ambitious & goal oriented personality
- Able & prepared to manage change in daily business
- Ability to manage/solve conflicts
- IT-knowledge (MS-Office, SAP)
- Mandarin native, English fluent written and spoken
- Flexibility to travell
