职位描述
工作职责：
1.负责修船客户管理和业务增长，包括销售策略开发。综合协调客户规划，识别和有效沟通。
2.负责指定区域内销售和服务部门的有效协同工作
3.负责新客户发展并同时专注维护现有的客户
4.根据现有客户情况和预期，达成销量和客户服务需求
5.与市场部密切配合，推动高附加价解决方案扩大公司业务量
6.平衡解决方案和客户商业模式以及公司产品和服务，向客户提供有价值的服务
入职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，海事院校及航海专业优先考虑；
2.有2年以上工作经验优先考虑；
3.有潜在客户源，客户群体重叠的优先考虑；
4.具备英语基础听说读写的能力。
