The Company
Our client headquartered in Concord, Massachusetts, U.S, privately owned, has 600 employees (including a global delivery center in Pune, India) providing control and insight for enterprise communications ecosystems through a SaaS-based platform, services, and a self-service mobile app. Our client has a world class partner ecosystem including partnerships with MDM providers, wireless providers, device manufacturers, distributors, master agents and a range of other industry companies. The API-centric nature of our client platform makes it easy to add new partners in a matter of days and so our ecosystem is constantly expanding.
The Role
This profile is for a challenging analytical role in the field of Telecom Vendor Management.
This role will assist in the Vendor Management activities for international clients and carries.
The role will include carrier communication via emails & calls, reporting etc.
Candidate should be based in China and must be fluent in English & Mandarin. Cantonese is preferable.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flair for obtaining information from international vendors.
Excellent desktop/ laptop & Microsoft excel skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Ticketing tool knowledge will be additional advantage
Should have minimum 05 years of experience on relevant role
Should have worked with international telecom carriers
Handling change request with multiple carriers
Creating and managing daily/month reporting
Carrier Management & Communication.
Understanding of International carrier portals.
Communicating within Internal teams for better co-ordination.
Understanding of telecom terms.
Good knowledge of international vendor portals.
Client communication.
Hands on Experience with managing LOA
