1. 与领导、招聘经理和人力资源团队就职位描述、申请，薪酬和招聘道进行讨论。
2. 调查并推荐主动和被动候选人招聘的新来源。
3.不断发展网络/合作伙伴关系，并积极建立候选人数据库/渠道和公司ATS品牌。
4. 招聘和执行人才获取活动，例如简历和电话筛选，候选人面试，推荐最终选择申请人和接近合格的候选人。
5. 安排录用前的测试、背景和筛选参考意见。
6. 在各种媒体上发布和更新所有招聘信息，包括互联网/内部网站、高校、社交平台、社区公告栏。
7. 代表公司参加招聘活动（即高校招聘会），提供公司/职位的信息并面试申请人。
8. 在学校内做演讲，参加学生小组会议，在招聘会前后提高各大高校对我们公司的认识度。
9. 定期与各部门经理和员工沟通，推广 ATS 推荐计划和内部机会。
岗位要求： 1. 人力资源管理专业学士学位或同等学历。 2．5年以上人力资源，人才招聘和面试经验。 3. 对人员配备原则、法律和程序有深入的了解，对招聘/就业计划有扎实的工作知识。 4. 具备各种招聘技巧的知识，有网络/社交媒体招聘经验。 5. 必须具备流利的口语/书面沟通能力，还需要营销、演讲、面试和人际关系处理的能力。 6. 良好的中英文书写和口语能力 。7. 积极主动，具有出色的时间管理、任务处理和组织能力。 8.能够有创造性地思考，为现有问题提出新的想法和解决方案 。
