Job description

    

    

• Provide technical support R&D teams for the electronics component selection, application, quality issue, component risk analysis
• Make sure component selection meet SE technical rules. Find the source / Make the contact / understand if they meet SE standards / get relevant solutions for SE based on required priorities
• Limit use of risky components,make sure good component quality and cost with strong global collaboration

• Sourcing new manufacturing vendors in components market in China
• Pick the preferred ones and find us relevant solutions for new design, cost reduction and shortages tasks

                

Requirements:

    

    

Education: BSc Electronic Engineering or related.

    

Experience:

• At least five years relevant experience as Component  Engineer//electronic Engineer in electronic products environmental.
• Be very familiar with Electronic components market
• Technical buyer experience is a plus
• Very good human relation skills

                    

Language:

• English: verbal  and writing
• Capability for English communications (e mail, data analysis and reporting)

            

Reporting line

    

 Directly report to component engineering team leader in Israel HQ.

    

    

Travel frequency

    

Occasional travel to vendors
