本职位主要负责60-70%男装运动休闲鞋以及30-40%女装时尚款的采买。


1、收集各季国内、外知名品牌及区域性知名品牌的流行资讯，调查、分析市场及流行趋势，掌握潮流动向。
2、定期进行市场和竞品调研、收集竞争对手信息和地区顾客需求信息。
3、按照公司商品企划案规划及需求，结合市场走向和流行趋势，制定每季产品企划案。
4、根据产品企划案与供应商对接每季产品开发方向，并要求供应商按产品企划案进行针对性开发，看版，改版，结合季节产品开发规划，确定样版。
5、依据供应商评鉴标准，不断开发优质ODM新供应商。


任职要求：
1、2-3年类似工作经验；有丰富供应商资源优先考虑；
2、敏锐的市场眼光和潮流/数字敏感度，挖掘潜在市场机会，不断完善产品结构；
3、全面的专业知识，如产品知识，能各类产品的改进创新提供专业性建议；
4、熟悉鞋的面辅料、工艺等；
5、良好的团队协作和沟通能力；英文能作为工作语言。
