Your role
/ Able to formulate brand communication strategies according to customer needs, and plan, create and execute campaigns;
/ Excellent PPT/Keynote writing ability, logical thinking ability, keen insight ability, and certain proposal ability.
/ Have the ability to communicate directly with customers, accurately understand customer needs, and translate them into strategic and creative communication plans;
/ Have a high sensitivity to the channel selection and topic setting of social media and new media, and have a certain ability to control the effect of project execution;
/ Coordinate the relationship between various positions, be good at communication and guide the team to create content.
/ 能够根据客户的需求进行品牌传播的策略制订，Campaign 的策划、创意和执行;
/ 拥有出色的 PPT 撰写能力、逻辑思维能力、敏锐的洞察能力，并具备一定的提案 能力。
/ 具备一定和客户直接沟通的能力，能准确理解客户的需求，并转化为兼具策略性和 创意性的传播方案;
/ 对社会化媒体和新媒体的渠道选择和话题设定有较高的敏感度，并对项目执行效果 有一定的把控能力;
/ 协调各岗位的关系，善于沟通并引导团队进行内容创作。


Your talent
/ More than 3 years working experience in project planning and execution;
/ Have an understanding of the strategies, ideas, channels, content and technology of social communication projects, and those who have advantages in one or two aspects are pre-ferred;
/ Strong marketing planning ability, proficient in new media communication modes, and have their own understanding and opinions on brand marketing and digital marketing;
/ Good teamwork and communication skills, able to work well with the team to complete re-lated work.
/ 3 年以上项目策划执行工作经验;
/ 对社会化传播项目的策略、创意、渠道、内容、技术都有所了解，在某一项或两项 上有优势者优先;
/ 营销策划能力强，深谙新媒体传播模式，对品牌营销、数字营销有自己的理解和观 点;
/ 良好的团队合作及沟通能力，能很好配合团队完成相关工作。
