This position is responsible for supporting the office administrative work, including but not limited to safety, hygiene maintenance and office environment.
Job Description:
1.Maintain the office environment as clean and tidy.
2.Support other services and facilities in the office, such as office supplies, drinking water machine, ect. to ensure it works well.
3.Assist to communicate with outside co-organizations(such as property management, fixed suppliers…)
4.Arrangement of the associates and visitors, including preparing masteries for new hire, meeting room arrangement, access card permission,etc.
5.Assist the company activities and celebrations
6.Provide support to teammates and co-workers as needed.
7.Support other administrative tasks assigned by Office Manager.

Job Requirements:
1.Minimum 1 year of relavant working experience, College Diploma or above
2.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3.Good command of written and spoken English
4.Good business etiquette, hospitable and willing to help
5.Ability to communicate effectively and politely
6.Ability to deal with difficult situation and people
7.Have strong sense of responsibility
8.Willing to learn and develop in office administration field
9.Disability card required
