岗位职责：
1、负责常规课程、公开课、教学活动课等校内课程的教学工作；
2、制定教学计划、准备教具、教案，保障教学质量； 3、通过每月视频教学等、维护及追踪学员的学习进度；
4、定期参加英语教研活动，不断提升英语水平及英语授课水准。
5、给学员提供优质教学服务，解决学员/家长提出的问题和需求；
6、跟踪学员学习情况，定期与学员家长进行沟通、保障学员学习效果；
7、通过优质教学服务，完成指定学员转介绍、续费目标；
8、协助教学主管处理各类教学事务，积极配合学校其他部门的工作；




任职要求：
1、 有一年以上教学，教研经验者优先
2、本科以上学历，教育学、英语等相关专业，有英语专八/ 雅思7.0 者优先考虑；
3、有充分的耐心和较强的亲和力，有爱心；
4、热爱教育事业，善于与人交流，有良好的沟通语言表达能力；
5、普通话标准，持有普通话二级甲等以上证书；声音甜美，口齿伶俐，表达清晰，谈吐得体。

Giraffe English is learner-oriented. We create an immersive English environment and provide specific learning plans for students based on their age and language level.
