Job role:
- Provide leadership and direction to AAT China Plant.
- Manage people, operations, engineering, finance and commercial of business.
- Profit and loss ownership manage capital and expense budgets.
- Work closely with the Sales and Engineering departments to evaluate and identify market trends; adjust the business plans to seize the opportunity for developing new business.
- Implement lean manufacturing and driving continuous improvement in the daily plant operations; reduce waste and eliminate non-value-added operations.
- Build quality system and competent quality management team in line with group guidelines
- Create an inclusive & diversified working environment and promote corporate culture.
Requirements:
- 15 years’ experience with an international manufacturing environment.
- 5 years’ experience working in Asia, preferably in China.
- Strategic thinking with result-driven mindset with big view.
- Strong technical background. Familiar with construction, mechanical or chemical fabrication processes.
- Financial and commercial acumen.
- Experience in leading continuous improvements: Lean, Six-sigma, TPM, WCM and implementing quality assurance best practices.
- Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and well-organizational skills, with detail-oriented
- Experienced in managing an industrial engineering or assembly environment with low volume, high complexity and high variability, or customized goods.
