Requirement:

    

1. More than 3 years of working experience related.

    

2. Familiar with Microsoft office operation, excellent computer skills.

    

3. Good communication skills.

    

4. Good knowledge of Import / Export Shipping procedure and documentation.

    

5. Careful, Self-motivated, team player and proactive in terms of taking the initiative to perform tasks as required.

    

6. Planning and organizing.

    

7. Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

    

8. English communication skill both oral and writing.

    

    

Responsibilities

    

1. Lead the planning and implementation of purchase orders. Constantly monitor the status of POs. handling all shipping documents necessary.

    

2. Ensures all contract documents are complete and conform to company policies.

    

3. Effectively communicate with team-mate, vendors, and overseas offices, shipping forwarders to ensure that all orders and shipments are carried out smoothly.
