1. Assist to organize and perform the routine
operations of the microbiological laboratory.
协助组织并实施微生物室的例行工作。
2. Ensure the laboratory work conformance to Baxter Corporate and
local government and EHS requirements.
确保微生物实验室的操作符合中国法规,百特总部和EHS 的要求。
3. Be responsible for supervising plant critical system validation,
qualification and monitoring，ensure critical system quality,
effectiveness and safety to products.
负责工厂关键系统（环境、水和空调系统）的验证和监控，确保
关键系统的质量、有效性和对产品的安全性。
4. Be responsible for supervising sterilizer qualification and ensure
sterilization process effective and safe to products.
负责灭菌柜的验证，确保灭菌过程的有效性和对产品的安全性。
5. Responsible for the evaluation on sterilization exceptions
负责生产过程中灭菌异常的处理。
6. Implement Good laboratory Practice.
对实验室实行良好的管理规范。
7. Responsible for the establishment of quality standard for raw
material and excipient.
