岗位内容：
1.根据项目要求，参与SAP HR项目建设实施的各阶段；
2.使用SAP系统实现客户的解决方案，开展需求调研、需求分析、功能设计、系统测试和上线支持等实施配置工作；
3.负责SAP HR系统日常优化及运维工作；
4.配合项目经理工作，协同内外部资源，解决项目实施开发及维护过程中出现问题；
5.根据项目经理的工作安排，快速完成工作任务；
6.参与售前方案制作，协助销售完成售前工作；
7.与工作相关得其他任务。

岗位要求：
1.***本科及以上学历，计算机类、人力资源管理相关专业；
2.至少1个完整独立SAP实施项目经验，具有良好薪资模块经验优先，具有S；
3.学习能力、沟通能力、抗压能力强；
4.能遵守公司的各项规章制度
5. 有较强沟通和表达能力,有较好的行业理解能力，理解客户需求和项目推进能力强；
6. 性格开朗、善于语言表达；
7.能接受出差；
