Fixture/Equipment Order Planning Deliverables include: ? Drive Station DRI to update BOM timely. ? Prepare & publish purchase timeline for team before build. ? Track & highlight if fixture/equipment vendor is not AVL. ? Co-work with team to finish estimation for fixture/equipment which plan to order for Eng Build and overall project build demands. ? Co-work with client team and vendors to plan/track client Consign fixture/equipment order&shipping, highlighting any risks to build. ? Push DRI to raise request through GHBOM. ? Monitor & push CM internal for reimburse process. ? Monitor vendor delivery schedule & highlight issue timely. ? Co-work with team to understand & plan fixture/equipment requirement which support Cpto dry run. ? Monitor fixture/equipment delivery plan which support Cpto Dry Run. Fixture/Equipment inventory Check Deliverables include: ? Do inventory check after each build and report usage status for fixture & equipment. ? Co-work with Ops TE/Capex to share fixture/equipment from other team to support Eng build. ? Co-work with CM team & Capex team to transfer extra fixture/equipment to Ops after DVT build. ? Do audit & scrap for fixture/equipment timely. BOM Maintain & Analysis Deliverables include: ? Grant BOM DB access for team. ? Double check BOM DB to make sure all of information are updated. ? Review BOM Readiness weekly and push team to update BOM timely. ? Train CM on new BOM Features and highlight any possible improvements. Reporting Deliverables include: ? Document Export/Import SOP, Reimburse order procedure. ? Reporting BOM Station readiness and highlight issues. ? Reporting Consign fixture/equipment importation statues. ? This DRI is expected to be based in China to support engineering builds. ? Fluent English and Chinese preferred Specific Responsibilities and Deliverables ? Provide onsite support during engineering builds as needed.   ? Monitor inventory check status which units allocated at CM. ? Ensure BOM is ready and signed off each build.
