岗位职责:
Summary of Responsibilities:
Medical Consumables Sourcing and Purchasing to meet the clinical department daily operation and guarantee the special consumables supply timely
负责医疗耗材的采购和采购，满足临床科室的日常运作，保证特殊耗材的及时供应

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the daily medical consumables purchasing.
负责日常医疗耗材的采购
2. Be responsible for the special consumables from doctor or clinical dept. (such as OR/OB/ER/PEDS)
负责医生或科室的特殊耗材(如手术室/产科/急诊/儿科等)
3. Be responsible for the special requests from our patients.
负责病人提出的特殊要求。
4. Ensure all the purchasing followed centralized medical consumable purchasing system.
确保所有采购工作按照医疗耗材集中采购制度进行。
5. Medical consumables sourcing for new clinical dept. set up
负责新科室耗材的采购
6. Coordinate with the warehouse keeper to control the replenishment and follow up the monthly review.
配合仓库管理员控制进货，并跟踪月度盘点。
7. Manage the vendor's evaluation.
管理供应商评估情况
8. Compliance management under UFH policy
根据UFH政策进行合规管理
9. Work to focus on purchasing effort towards cost effective solutions.
致力于采购工作，以达到成本效益的解决方案。
10. E1 implementation
执行E1标准
11. All the other work assigned by department head

任职资格:
Qualifications:

1. College or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical science, supply chain, purchasing or logistics, (or equivalent)
医学、供应链、采购或物流专业大专或本科学历(或同等学历)
2. Over 1-2 years relevant working experience in medical consumables (medical Instruments, Single use consumables), prefer industry is hospital, medical, healthcare
1-2 年以上医疗耗材(医疗器械、一次性耗材)相关工作经验，优先考虑医院、医疗、医疗行业
3. Willing to work under pressure

4. Clinical oriented with team work
以临床为导向，具有团队合作精神
5. Proficient in Office software use(Word,Excel,PPT)
熟练使用办公软件(Word,Excel,PPT)
6. English CET-4 above
大学英语四级以上
7. Good communication and coordination skill
良好的沟通协调能力
8. Nursing or medical background preferred
