SUPERVSORY SPAN/管理范围
This role is responsible for plant quality management including customer quality, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, quality management system, etc.. Improve, develop and optimize quality process, coach/train quality staff for the quality assurance and control process, drive continuous improvement to meet customer expectation and reduce Cost of Poor Quality.


PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, Material engineering or related field of study.
2. Familiar with plastic and metal product manufacturing process.
3. Minimum 10 years’ experience in quality or related.
4. Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in Automotive manufacturing field.
5. Qualified IATF16949 internal auditor or VDA6.3 auditor.
6. Fully understand AIAG technical manuals (APQP&CP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
7. Good at quality problem analyzing and solving tools such as 8D, 5 whys, Six Sigma, etc.
8. Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
9. Excellent written and oral communication skills (Mandarin & English)
10. Capable and willing to lead cross function team to drive the continuous improvement and cost of poor-quality reduction.
11. Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
12. 6 Sigma BB or GB preferred.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1. Responsible for overall performance of plant quality especially for Automotive related customers.
2. Establish effective quality assurance and control process to continuously improve the process and product quality.
3. To audit/check manufacturing process especially for injection process.
4. Coordinate the submission of PPAP approval for new product and communicate with customers and internal team about the customers’ requirement for engineering samples and PPAP.
5. Review PPAP documents of suppliers, including characteristic list, drawing, process flow chart, PFMEA, control plan, MSA, SPC, material report and packing standard.

6. Be responsible for the handling of nonconforming materials from incoming inspection or in process production, drive containment/corrective/preventive actions to reduce the sorting and scrap cost.
7. Communicate with supplier for nonconformity materials issues and follow up problem solving from supplier, conduct effectiveness validation until closure to prevent the occurrence.
8. Conduct monthly supplier performance evaluation and identify supplier improvement opportunities, train /development needs and other continuous improvement measures, as the basis for the supplier's allocation plan.
9. Drive plant wide quality continuous improvement program.
10. Identify and implement Quality requirements in the plant.
11. Other work arranged by the leader.
