Job Function

The SAP Finance Service Analyst will work on a global team, not only providing business hours service to the Asia Pacific Region, but also contributing to the global 24 hour support model.

Responsibilities Areas

· Engage our customers across Asia Pacific and globally
· Providing solutions for incidents raised by Functional experts
· Assist with change management activities which include release and production slots
· Ensure the service level agreements are met
· Continuously identify and improve system to meet business' growing requirements
· Monitor the SAP systems' performance; make sure the system's stabilization and operational reliability meet agreed level
· Assist the business with system upgrades / maintenance activities with other parties
· Develop global/local solutions for business
· Develop / improve standard operational procedures
· Demonstrate a "can do" attitude
· Work as part of a high performing team
· Work with other teams globally, regionally and locally to ensure global coverage is provided and excellence shared

Qualifications and Relevant Experience:

· Good communication, especially in English and interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Good business process understanding on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry (preferred)
· 3-5 years SAP application support, development or project experience in FI/CO model is a must
· At least 1 full cycle SAP project experience as functional consultant
· Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure
