Main Responsibilities 主要职责:

1) Respond to customers’ enquiries and update progress on the enquiry system

回复客户询价并在询价系统上更新进展

2) Send quotation to customers

发送报价给客户

3) Follow up quotation and general correspondence on a regular basis depending on necessities

按需要定期跟进报价和客户通信

4) Communicate with customer for existing projects and release the customer requirements to internal department

与客户就现有项目进行沟通并且向公司内部相关部门传达客户要求

5) Send weekly production timelines to customers

发送每周生产时间表给客户

6) Any other responsibilities as instructed by superiors

Qualifications 任职资格:

1) Major in international trade related area

国际贸易等相关专业

2) Excellent English in both written & spoken

优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力

3) Be able to use MS Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook

能操作电脑软件，如：MS Word, Excel, PPT 和 Outlook

4) Be proactive and responsible

工作积极负责

5) Good communication skill and teamwork attitude

具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作态度
