Responsibilities:
1.Oversee and support New Product Development and New Supplier Development to meet targets on time,and quality etcs and recommend suggestion to optimize the process continuously.
2.Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams closely to monitor and ensure the PPAP and 1st production orders delivered on time and in good quality until steady status to ensure new product on time launch/new supplier onboard on time

Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above, over 3 years' working experience in supervisory role in the field of Sourcing or Supplier Development or NPD development or Project Management or Supply Chain Management in multi-national manufacturing company. Experience in Plumbing or Sanitaryware industry is preferred
2.Good written and oral English as working language
3.Strong negotiation skills
4.Strong communication, influencing and problem solving skills
5.Self-motivated, willing to and able to be detail orientated
6.ERP knowledge and experience
