Responsibilities

1.Plan and manage Delta China and some international product lines

2.Act as the key marketing liaison between Indianapolis and China marketing team to ensure global brand consistency while optimizing the brand on a local level

3.Understand the potential impact of US product and marketing initiatives on markets outside of North America to advise markets accordingly

4.Track global faucet trends

5.Develop products and/or entire product lines that address market specific requirements and expands company capabilities

6.Provide technical assistance and training on all company products

7.Key contributor to Delta Faucet company's business development activities, evaluating new markets, and understanding regional specific requirements

Requirement

1.A team player with a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related major, a MBA qualification preferred

2.At lease 6 years product management experience preferably in building materials background

3.Creative with high initiative

4.Able to multi task and adaptive

5.Good spoken and written English

6.Skillful communicator with excellent presentation skill.
