1、基本职责：保障住客及员工人身，财产安全，保障酒店财产安全，处理客人或员工意外事件，做好车辆停放保管工作。 始终确保提供礼貌及专业的服务。

2、工作内容：

（1）准确安排停车场，车辆停放，并做好车辆进出登记工作；

（2）定时对客房区域与楼道区域进行巡检；

（3）协助前台做好宾客迎送工作；

（4）定期对防盗设施，做出检查，并做好详细记录工作。
