1、负责公司研发部产品研发全过程质量管理，协助部门经理规范和优化公司产品研发管理流程；

2、参与公司质量保证体系改进工作，收集过程改进建议，并负责建立健全产品研发质量保证体系；

3、负责公司质量保证体系执行过程的指导、监督与评价，确保公司产品研发质量保证体系的有效运行；

4、负责制定产品研发项目的软件质量保证计划，并定期跟踪产品研发项目进展，定期提交项目情况汇报；

5、参与产品研发项目各里程碑节点评审，负责编制项目评审报告，并对项目评审结果处理过程进行跟踪与管理；

6、负责研发部所有研发项目配置库(过程文档和代码)的建立、维护与管理，并负责对项目交付成果物质量进行审核，逐步提高产品研发过程成果物管理水平。

任职资格

1、相关专业大专及以上学历；

2、深刻理解质量管理体系，熟练掌握GSP质量管理体系有关法规文件,有GSP认证工作经验者优先；

3、有良好服务意识和团队意识；

4、踏实稳重、细心敬业，无不良嗜好。
