⑴ 严格按照相应的程序文件及WI文件进行原辅料、化学药品、促销品、生产用水和污水、半成品、成品进行外观、微生物和理化检验。

⑵ 负责豆粉线的卫生监督，车间环境、设备、空气、人员、过程产品等卫生验证工作。

⑶ 遇到异常时及时上报，协助原料组主任分析异常原因。

⑷ 贯彻实验室管理制度，做好实验室日常卫生清洁、“6S”管理、药品管理和实验仪器及设施的日常维护保养工作。

⑸ 做好原辅料仓的卫生和物料存贮监督，认真执行ISO22000、PRP、OPRP、WI文件等体系文件管理要求。

⑹ 协助原料组主任进行原辅料、生产用水和污水、半成品、成品外观、微生物和理化检验结果的数据统计分析工作。

⑺ 负责检验流程、标准和方法的收集和优化，协助质量改进工作。

⑻ 遵守公司安全政策与操作规程，确保安全生产。

任职要求：

1、大专或以上学历，食品检测相关专业；

2、一年以年食品饮料检测相关工作经验，优秀应届生亦可考虑；

3、实验室工作岗位，不用倒班。
