职位描述
1. 根据公司要求，针对非洲航运市场，拓展销售和市场，扩大公司市场份额；
2. 根据销售目标确定执行销售计划；
3. 追求专业化，高效率；
4. 根据公司业务战略，做好客户跟踪和维护；
5. 和海外分公司保持联络，加强在主要目标客户上的沟通和协作。

职位要求
1. 经济、国际贸易、物流等相关专业全日制本科学历毕业（海运院校毕业生优先考虑）；
2. 2-3年航运行业销售和商务发展工作经验（熟悉非洲航线者优先考虑）；
3. 具有职业敬业精神，有在多种文化融合的环境中工作的经验；
4. 强烈的商业意识，良好的谈判技巧和结果导向；
5. 良好的英文口头、书面交流能力，愿意经常外出拜访客户。

Job description
-Promoting sales & marketing activities with prime focus and development on Far East-Africa trade lane;
-To follow and take action on the sales targets given by the Sales Manager；
-Striving for highest professionalism and efficiency;
-To do continuous targeting and to develop high profile key accounts in line with direction given by the Team Manager, as well as maintaining contacts with existing accounts;
-To communicate with overseas counterparts to enhance communication and co-operation on key accounts;

Job Requirements
-The candidate has a University degree in economics, international trade, business (or equal through experience).
-Over 2-3 years of sales and business development experience in shipping.
-Entrepreneurial spirit and experience of working in a multicultural environment.
-Strong commercial orientation: negotiating skills and driven by results.
-Command of English is a necessity. Willing to travel regularly.
