Job Responsibility & Accountability工作职责

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure including intranet server, network, phone system, etc.

  监管和维护IT设备，包括服务器内网，网络，电话系统等

• IT assets management, including the purchasing of local software, hardware

  IT资产管理，包括本地软件、硬件的购买等

• Ensure corporate domain security, Cyber Security, manage data backup and disaster recovery

  确保公司域环境安全,网络安全，管理数据备份及灾害复原

• Improve IT policies and procedures, make and promote decisions at an appropriate level

• 完善IT流程，作出恰当决策并推动决策的贯彻执行

• Deliver timely and efficient IT support for each function

  为各个部门提供及时有效的IT技术服务支持

• Maintain frequent communication and relationship with employee and BU

  与员工及业务部门保持良好沟通及关系

• To lead and manage IT team through training, development and performance management to maximize the department's value

  领导管理IT团队，提供培训、发展和绩效管理，使部门的价值得到***化

 

• Job Requirements职位要求

• Bachelor degree and above

  本科及以上学历

• At least five-year working experience in IT operation and maintenance, two years and above of experience directing and managing IT department

  至少五年在IT运维方面的工作经验，两年以上IT部门领导管理经验

• Competent in both written and spoken English

  具有良好的英语书写沟通能力

• Familiar with hardware, network, Cyber Security IT software, etc.

  熟悉硬件、网络、网络安全、IT软件等各项功能

• Strong team organization and management ability, abundant cross-team personnel organizational coordination ability

  较强的团队组织管理能力，丰富的跨团队人员组织协调能力

• Proactive attitude with the ability to implement solutions to problems

      态度积极主动，拥有良好的解决问题能力

• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadline

      能够应对较高的工作压力
