Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the incumbent has to pro-actively develop new business opportunities of served and new markets.
2. To generate qualified leads, that could potentially lead to orders, through various types of channels.
3. To execute the entire Swisslog sales process from marketing, acquisition, sales right up to closing of orders and meet ambition budget.
4. To create trust and strong relationship at all levels in the customer organization, such as but not limited to, decision makers, top management, project team etc.
5. To work and communicate effectively with pre-sales and sales support team members and maintain good relationship with customers, agents and partners.
6. Prompt delivery of work reports/documents with high quality
7. Other tasks assigned

Requirements:
1. 5 years experience
2. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical degree is preferred
3. Strong relationship building capability
4. has technical background and inclination
5. Ability to conceptualize solutions and articulate concept/ solutions to customers
6. Lead and guide technical team in terms of sellable solutions
7. Consultative calibre profile
8. Strong communication skills with all levels
9. Ability to research and know competitors and develop business strategy
10. The ability to make and maintain contact from middle level to upper management of the prospective client
11. Good English communication
