3-5 years of experience working experience in a shipping company or 3rd party logistics company.
Fluent English and Chinese speaking, reading, and writing required.
Flexible work schedule according to business demands.
Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
Experience in studying or working abroad in an English-speaking country highly preferred.
Experience in managing an operation team of no less 10 people
Familiar with dealing with customs officials, customs procedures, and knowledge of customs reporting,
Knowledge of import/export procedures, documentation, CO, etc.
Duties:
Directly report to contacts in China and HQ contacts in the U.S.
Supervise the logistics team (inbound, outbound system update, documentation preparation, shipment arrangement, forwarders or shipping company or airlines liaison)
Ensure accuracy of merchandise flow going in and out of the warehouse and prepare proper documents for shipment.
Work with customs and other government officials to ensure compliance with all bonded warehouse rules and regulations.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure proper delivery and customs procedures are followed, and report issues to relevant contacts.
