Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers & factories on new product design and development.
-Tackle the technical issues for projects, like function & safety review, conducting product feasibility & reliability issues including UL and other certificate compliance, etc.
- Supervise and monitor the engineering team to provide technical support for product solution including safety, food-contact, materials, environmental protection requirement & etc.
- Must have ability to work individually with customer to settle problem, from engineering standpoint to ensure the development is on schedule with all testing done, and goods shipping in good quality without issue.
- Frequent traveling required.
- Regular night conference calls with customer required.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electronic/ Plastic Engineering.
- Min. 10 years or above solid project follow up experience, of which min. 5 years at supervisory level, can work with overseas customers directly.
- Familiar with US & Europe safety standards, strong sense of material cost & technical skills on plastic or electronic products.
- Mature, well organized, result-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Team player and problem solver with excellent skills on communication, coaching and supervision.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, can communicate with customer directly.
- Hands on experience in ProE, CAD, Microsoft software and Outlook.
