客户服务代表 Customer Services Representative

作为客户服务代表，您将负责处理日常海运客服工作

你的主要职责

• 实施客户项目，与相关方进行有效的协调和沟通，监控KPI并采取适当的行动
• 以有效的方式处理和跟踪订舱，并从业务伙伴处获得装运指示
• 及时准确地将发货信息录入系统
• 根据出货指令管理和监控出货周期
• 在收到客户投诉时解决问题
• 准备客户KPI报告，并与业务伙伴一起评估业绩表现
• 与运营团队和文档团队紧密合作，确保交付的服务符合客户的期望
• 为客户的询价准备和提供当地费率的报价

你的资格、经验及技能

• 物流相关专业大专或以上学历

• 至少一年货运代理或航运相关客服经验，能在压力下很好地工作
• 具有良好的沟通能力，解决问题及电话应答技巧
• 熟练使用电脑办公软件，如MS Office应用
• 英语熟练

• Implement customer projects, coordinate and communicate effectively with respective parties; monitor KPI and take appropriate actions
• Handle and follow up shipment booking in an effective way and get shipment instruction from business partners
• On-time capturing shipment information into system on timely and accurate manner
• Manage and monitor shipment live cycle arranged as per shipment instruction
• Problem solving when receiving customer complaints
• Prepare customer KPI report and review performance with business partners
• Work closely with operations team and documentation team to ensure deliverables met with customer expectations
• Prepare and provide quotation to customers for local rate enquiries

• Higher diploma holder or above in Logistics, Business or related discipline;
• Minimum 1 years relevant customer services experience in freight forwarder or shipping lines field;
• Be able to work under pressure
• Good communications, problem solving and telephone handling skills
• Good in PC operations e.g. MS office application
• Good in English
