Overall support on HR administration and HR activities, including but not limited to the following:

  

 

  

• Support on recruitment, such as posting, interview arrangement, etc.

• Training related supporting activities, such as NEO, training plan implementation and training activities arrangement；

• Employees Engagement activities, such as Employee Engagement Survey follow up, team building activities organization, Employee Recognition meeting organization, etc.

• Other HR reporting, systems update and maintenance;

• Data collection to support C&B activities.

• Employee disciplinary handling and employee rations management.

• Other ad-hoc HR activities or initiatives assigned by the Superior

              

  

Job Requirements  & Skills 岗位要求

  

• Education学历:

• Bachelor background with major of human resource management or business management or English.

• Experience工作经验: more than 3 year HR related working experience, HR experience in manufacturing industry would be preferable.

• Competency and Skills 能力和技能:

        

1. Solid Labor Laws & Regulations knowledge

2. Sufficient computer skill, familiar with office software

3. Good interpersonal and communication skills

4. Good oral and written language skills in both English and Chinese.

5. Passionate, independent and detail-oriented & Data-savvy

6. Quick learner & logical-thinker with high aspiration to grow to be HR Generalist
