1、加工程序控制管理：负责新产品试制加工中心程序的编制;

2、加工程序控制管理：负责现有加工中心程序的优化修改;

3、加工程序控制管理：主导加工程序的节拍优化，效率提升;

4、质量控制管理：负责生产过程异常问题的技术支持，发生问题时和相关部门人员的联系和处理;

5、技术支持：指导机加工现场生产的技术业务工作，协调处理和解决生产现场的工艺技术质量难题，改进和提高工序质量，加强过程控制，提高产品质量;

6、技术支持：负责刀具、夹具管理，推进成本管理;

7、按TS16949体系和公司管理要求开展工艺技术工作。

任职要求：

1、大专以上机械类专业；

2、加工中心机加行业工艺技术3年以上经验。有铝压铸件产品加工经验，使用过五轴加工中心及五轴加工中心编程经验；

3、初步的英语听说读写能力。可进行英文邮件往来，可英语进行面对面交流优先。
