职位描述
岗位职责
1、掌握电话销售技巧，积极开拓市场，完成销售任务；
负责货物接单后的货物运输整体流程运转。订舱，装箱或发货安排，报关，送货跟踪；
2、熟悉空运操作，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识；
3、电话回访客户，维护好与客户之间的良好关系，促进公司与客户的长期合作。
岗位要求:
1、大专以上学历。性格开朗、普通话标准、粤语流利，口齿清晰；
2、1年以上电话销售行业工作经验；
3、热爱销售工作，作风严谨，沟通表达能力强，进取心强，有良好的服务意识；
4、思维清晰，性格开朗，良好沟通能力和说服力，较强的学习和适应能力
薪金水平
1.目前的薪酬结构包括：基本底薪+高提成+福利
2.根据经营状况、劳动力市场薪资水平、物价涨幅指数及个人绩效，不定期对薪酬结构进行调整。
3.员工薪酬统一由人力资源部核算、财务发放。
4. 八小时5.5天工作制，购买社保。
