Responsibilities

• Implement APM's China retail salary and welfare management system.
• Get involved in and lead the assessment and performance plan of each department, collect survey result encountered in the assessment, and provide suggestions on the improvement of assessment system and indicators.
• Check and organise the attendance statistics, and summarize the monthly package of employees then supervise the payment issue. Make scientific and reasonable answers to the salary questions raised by employees if needed.
• Be responsible for the management of staff entry and exit procedures and the establishment, change and cancellation of files.
• Responsible for managing the payable of employee's social insurance, housing fund etc.
• Other ad-hoc and C&B related project or activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above holder.
• More than 3 years working experiences in payroll or related HR fields, with accounting/finance knowledge or come from retail/FMCG industry will be a plus.
• Logical thinking, strong sense of responsibilities, integrity, and detail-oriented.
• Good command in English oral and written.
• Excellent excel skills.
