We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for our Greater China headquarters in Guangzhou to lead marketing plan development and execution for KOSMOS. • Responsible for brand development and brand building in Greater China. Formulate brand development strategies, to enhance brand awareness and brand affinity.
• Develop and execute operational marketing plans and new product launches according to the brand's strategy
• Collaborate with other team members from product side, training and online to launch products and grow the brand.
• Monitor the competitive landscape. Thorough understanding of consumer needs, psychology and habits in the children's education market in China.
• Develop integrated marketing programs to build the brand.
• Manage direct marketing, public relations, advertising, online marketing, event marketing
• Develop an extensive online/internet brand presence both for the company and for individual products in terms of website development and use of social media.
• Manage and train your marketing team and provide guidance for them.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 3 - 5 years experience in consumer products marketing or marketing in the education field with proven experience in China
• Evidence of past success in managing complex branding and marketing campaigns.
• Experience with Chinese social media and internet marketing and campaigns.
• Native Chinese speaker with strong English language skills.
• Are able to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build and manage a team; strong interpersonal skills
