Supervises:  Operators and APT Leaders 

Preferred Education and Experience:

• College school (Diploma holder) or above, major in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering related

  大专以上学历，制造业或工业工程相关专业

• 3 years leadership and lean experience in manufacturing setting;

  3年制造行业以及精益生产领导经验;

• International Automotive manufacturing experience preferred

  有国际汽车制造经验者优先

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles,

  具有精益生产经验；

• Extensive problem solving skills.

  具有广泛的问题解决能力；

• Bilingual in written communication required, bilingual in verbal communication preferred.

  具备书面沟通能力，有口头沟通能力者优先。

Duties include, but not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for the overall safety, productivity, quality, production planning of the cells.

• Ability to facilitate/ coach/ motivate cell members.

       能够帮助、指导、激励团队； 

•  Ability to motive personnel's performance to drive improvement and meet Business Unit's desired outcomes.

       能够推动员提高业绩，以满足业务部门的预期结果。

•   Responsible for the leading activities to resolve and effectively prevent internal and external quality, safety and environmental nonconformities. Responsible for communicating and reviewing/ approving supplier quality issues. 

      负责主导解决和有效预防内外部质量、安全和环境不合格的活动，以及负责供应商质量问题的沟通和审核；

• Facilitate the development of manufacturing plans that encompass all planned actions to meet growth, improve operational performance and reduce waste and cost.

      促进生产计划的达成，包括所有行动计划，以满足增长，提高运营绩效，减少浪费和成本。

•   Learn the basic operation and performance requirements for each piece of equipment within the cell.

     了解车间设备的基本操作和性能要求。

• Manage inventory including Kanban performance；

  管理库存，包括看板绩效

•   Drive improvement using data, implement process controls, participate in risk appraisals including PFMEA, safety and manufacturability

      利用数据推动改进，实施过程控制，参与风险评估，包括PFMEA，安全和可制造性评估；

•   Lead Continuous Improvement activities   

     领导持续改进活动

•   Other tasks assigned by head of department.

    部门领导交办的其他工作。
