PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES：

• Assures product quality by implementation of electrical testing on finished products.
• Monitor supplier’s assembly process
• Drive Engineering Change implementation and track cut in data
• Drive failure analysis and solutions to problems at suppliers
• Work with Development, NPI team and supplier for new product development builds
• Evaluates electrical systems of products, components and modules by implementing control and test plan per PE team.
• Drive continous quality and process improvements in production
• Joint Review and improve new products assembly process and fixtures validation of EE systems
• Work with suppliers on NCM materials disposition
• Apply Lean / Kaizen knowledge to improve production line efficiency
• Initiate and drive product cost reduction activities

MIMINUM REQUIREMENTS：

• Bachelor degree or above majored in Electrical & electronic engineering
• At least 10 years related working experience
• Proven experience on EE/EM parts manufacturing, assembly and testing
• Experiences in trouble shooting on digital circuitry and sensor/ASIC logics
• Good understanding of quality system and process
• Fluent in written and spoken English, and mandarin as well.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive in work, eager to take more responsibilities and good team player

• Working experiences in a multi-cultural or multi-national company preferred
