1.   Generate production plan and material plan (30%) Generate a net requirements plan based on the Demand Plan with strong ownership to facilitate to end-to-end supply chain, taking into account the updated supply network, the replenishment strategies (MTO, MTS, etc.), planning methods and parameters. 

 2.   Scheduling - Responsible detail scheduling to make sure on time production and lower change over. - Improve machine utilization as well. 

 3.   Generate rough-cut capacity plan and Chair supply review meeting (30%) - Finalize of the supply plan including: RCCP with input from scheduler, manufacturing and logistics, inventory modelling / material planning. - Capacity loading analysis, and make gap closing decisions on outstanding issues. - Highlight supply constraints, risks and other potential issues (procurement, logistics or manufacturing and sales with analysis financial impact  escalation to S&OP. - Follow up action items which aligned on Supply Review meeting and S&OP meeting. 

 4.   Lead time optimization (10%) Lead time optimization based on requirement. 

 5.   Inv Plan and Control (OB & Dead Stock)(15%) - Safety stock review. - Follow and track inventory optimization plan, find root cause and push action items from cross functions. 

 6.   Information flow and efficiency continuous improvement (10%) - Capacity management, define and maintenance STD UPH through time study. - Continually improve efficiency and cost through using IE concept and tools to eliminate waste in operation activities.  - Lead kaizen project to achieve target. 

 7.   Other task and project (5%) - Optimization supply chain network. - Drive cost effectiveness and deliver transformation project. - Support on new project/ new product launch. - Other assignments from manager. 

[Requirments]

University degree

More than five years planning working experience

Industrial engineering education back ground and work experience is preferred

Familiar with SAP, APO is a plus

Fluent in English

Strong ownership, good communication and collaboration skills

Excellent logical thinking and problem solving
