Temp Merchandiser (Indoor & Outdoor Furniture) 采购员（短期合同，家具类）

  

Job responsibility 工作职责

  

1. Source most reliable and performing suppliers according to the quality requirements and policies of Casino Group.

根据集团的质量要求和准则，搜寻可靠的供应商；

  

2. Develop suppliers by following CSR correction action plans.

  

根据企业社会责任更正行动计划来发展供应商；

  

3. Improve and validate suppliers' database.

  

提高和巩固供应商数据库；

  

4. Prepare offers and follow up on the offers with buyers till receiving order confirmations.

  

准备和跟进报价给买家直到订单确认；

  

5. Manage product presentation (physical and/or digital), showroom arrangement, samples approval and delivery, and artworks.

  

负责产品陈列(实体或数字化的)，展厅布置，图样，样板的确认和派送；

  

6. Monitor the completion of orders till shipment.

  

监督订单的完成直到出货；

  

7. Anticipate, solve and escalate problems during order processing.

  

在生产期间，预估，解决并逐级上报问题；

  

8. Assist the team in sourcing, offering, order follow up and any other merchandising activities.

  

协助团队在采购，报价，订单跟进和其他采购活动。

  

Job Requirements岗位要求

  

1. 2~3 years experience related to In & Out Furniture, possess good knowledge of these products and the approval standards for different Europe and South America countries.

  

2-3年的家具类相关经验，熟悉欧洲和南美国家对该类产品的进口要求；

  

2. Previously worked in well known sourcing companies, trading or buying offices.

  

曾任职于知名采购公司、贸易公司或代表处；

  

3. Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  

优秀的英语书面及表达水平；

  

4. Excellent communications and coordination skills with vendors and overseas customers.

  

优秀的与供应商及海外客户的沟通及协调能力；

  

5. Proficient in MS Office applications, esp. Excel.

  

优秀的办公室软件操作能力；

  

6. Service and results-oriented, good team-work spirit, dynamic, well organized, analytical, dedicated and initiative, high sense of ethics and integrity.
