Job Description
Job Title: Customer Services Officer (Email Support)
Based at: Guangzhou China
Responsible to: Customer Services Leader
Responsibilities – General:
? Handle and provide professional Customer Service responses via Email communication.
? Ensures that all interaction provided is up to quality standards, and as well as accurate and prompt responses which meets
current turn around time.
? Handle daily email replies in solving customer’s inquiries on all before and After Sales issue.
? Able to finish assigned emails on a daily basis.
? Should make reasonable decisions in solving customer’s request especially for cases such as damage parcels and/or
processing returns, refunds and compensation cases.
? Must have the ability to identify the cause of the problem and provide suitable solution in resolving the case.
? As front liner CSA should always be polite and professional in all responses.
? Use proper email template, which is free from any grammatical error. Should be able to construct understandable and
meaningful email reply based on a given situation.
? Reports directly to Team Leader and should be able to meet individual quality score, as well as team stats which are
generated on a monthly basis.
? Be responsible for communicating with other CSA for cases sent via email.
? Be responsible for performing ad-hoc task that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification & Competency
? University Graduate above;
? Certificate TEM-8 / CET-6
? At least 1 year working experience as a Customer Service Associate/ BPO set up or other relative job.
? Foreign applicants should have English as a Native language.
? Chinese applicants should have above average in the English communication skills both in oral / written.
? Able to work on shifting schedules (Weekends) and during Public Holidays and is amenable to graveyard shift required by
job responsibility.
? Must be able to work with minimum supervision and has a team spirit.
? Willing to learn and is open for improvement as well as to both positive and negative comments.
? Dedicated in providing the most superb Customer Service skill set.
